The Website is offered subject to Your acceptance without modification of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies (including, without limitation, the Terms of Use) and procedures that may be published from time to time on the Website by AH/BNA (“Agree-ment”). 1. Website Users. AH/BNA collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each User request. AH/BNA’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to understand better how AH/BNA’s Users use its Website. From time to time, AH/BNA may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, for example, by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its Website.

PLEASE NOTE: AH/BNA does not monitor, edit, or control public posts by You or any User while using the Website. Any PII You put in a public post will be publicly visible and accessible. AH/BNA advises You to be aware of these possibilities and to be cautious of information, including PII, that You include in a public post.
By establishing an account with AH/BNA, You understand and agree that must provide Us with Your email address and that We may use Your email address as needed to provide Your account to You.
AH/BNA may collect PII when You choose to interact with AH/BNA in ways that require AH/BNA to gather such information, such as if You register as a Website user, or provide content to the Website through Your computer or smart device.
